Tuesday 23rd April - walks *** – Around Felixstowe – cloudy and chilly with some light rain .

The cold wind from the north continues here in Suffolk, cloudy this morning so stayed in bed and only went down to Felixstowe seafront around nine to take a few weather pics, I chose a few flowers to try and brighten a dull day, sadly none of these were used but I was lucky to get one I took yesterday was on Chris Pages About Anglia report, so pleased he is back from holiday! We then had a message from Jay staying that Maeva would love to see us at a toddlers we used to go to when we were childminders, several years ago now! Maeva was very sleepy during singing time and feel asleep when we walked back through the town. I then made lunch with Maevas Dad picking them up Mag and I walked around to our old friend Mary for a cuppa and chat. I then had to head for home to meet up with a windsurfing mate David Coles who had kindly agreed to tow our van to the garage for the clutch to be repaired! Then after tea with the sky clearing I had another walk down to the seafront to see if I could get a few sunset pics, so that’s four walks covering easily 4 miles!
